Our digital pen and software solution allows government agencies to continue using the handwritten paper form processes that are familiar to them, more user-friendly, and provide mobility where a laptop, tablet or handheld may not. Minimal change to current processes means little to no training for the end user/employee meaning immediate efficiency and a technology that is quick and easy to deploy.
Staff continues to fill out the forms as they are used to but using digital pen and paper. When forms are completed, they can simply dock the pen at the docking station where the captured information are transmitted and processed by iFORMation, and converted into a digital format that can be further integrated into other backend systems, such as an asset management system.
