The iFORMation™ Portal is a web-based tool for accessing digital forms and managing everything related to the iFORMation™ Platform.
End users, whether they are the front-end users who use the digital pens or people who work in the back offices, can search, view, or process digital forms in the portal. In most cases, it only takes seconds for a handwritten digital form to get processed and be made available on the portal. It streamlines information processing and sharing, which improves customer satisfaction and productivity.

Form data verification
The iFORMation™ Portal includes functionality to manage digital pen and iFORMation PenStation™ deployment.
- Monitoring Capability
From the portal, system administrators or support staff can monitor active PenStations™. Any PenStation™ which goes offline can be detected quickly and proactive action can be taken. This can greatly improve user experience, and in case of major system issue, it can be detected on a timely fashion.
- Digital Pen and PenStation™ Assignment
Customers have access to a wide range of system control functions, such as assigning digital pens to specific persons to record their activity and then re-assigning the pen(s) to other individuals as required.
